If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. Contact us for exact instructions.
Will Call You will need to bring a picture ID and a printed copy of your receipt to the venue on the day of the event to pick up your tickets and gain admittance. Only the purchaser on record can pick the tickets up, they cannot be left in someone else's name. The Music Experience is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at will call. By agreeing to these terms purchasers waive their right to any refund for tickets not picked up at will call.
